These world-renowned and widely accepted assessment tools, such as Myers-Briggs and Hogan, are essential to Executive Velocity's assessment process. They assist in identifying areas of needed focus, create defined starting points for developing a comprehensive plan of goals and objectives, and measure the results of the coaching process.
Our use of a wide variety of assessment tools allows us to benchmark a client’s status prior to the coaching engagement and then measure the results of the coaching process on an ongoing basis. In turn, Executive Velocity is able to continually provide feedback to the client and company while providing suggestions for further progress and improvements.
