These world-renowned and widely accepted assessment tools, such as Myers-Briggs and Hogan, are essential to Executive Velocity's assessment process. They assist in identifying areas of needed focus, create defined starting points for developing a comprehensive plan of goals and objectives, and measure the results of the coaching process.


Our use of a wide variety of assessment tools allows us to benchmark a client’s status prior to the coaching engagement and then measure the results of the coaching process on an ongoing basis.
