The majority of us continue to work remotely as our country moves from response into recovery. We find ourselves without familiar team members around us and many of us continue to be challenged with anxiety and constant change.
Now more than ever leaders need to practice their listening skills to help employees to show they care, receive feedback to make quick adjustments, and gather information on how to move forward during this crisis.
