Training & DevelopmentOur current global health crisis has demanded all of us to change how we work. For those in delivering essential services, it means face masks and personal protective equipment. And for many of us, it means sheltering-in-place and working virtually from home.

All of this has been a lot of change to digest, including learning new technologies and working under distracting conditions. We have lost a lot. But there has been a precious gain, time.  Americans average 1.5 hours each day commuting, that’s 7.5 hours that we aren’t spending in our cars or public transportation.

Julie Winkle Giulioni, co-author of Help Them Grow or Watch them Go outlines how we can use our extra time during this crisis to focus on developing ourselves as leaders and guiding others to commit time to developing themselves.
